The process for getting your project started is simple but, because we believe in a straightforward, open relationship with our clients, here's how it works.

The first thing we'll do is speak to you on the phone and discuss what you want in detail. If we agree

to move to the next stage we will arrange to meet with you to look at your project in detail. During this meeting we will look at your home, take measurements and make suggestions about paints and

colours. Should you wish, we can also arrange for an interior designer to meet with you. All of this forms part of our free consultation service.

After this meeting we'll then provide you with your free written quotation. Once you've accepted the quote we will then provide a free colour scheme service to finalise your project. We then agree with you a detailed contract covering all aspects of your project and giving you peace of mind.

YOUR CONTRACT CONTAINS OUR KEY PROMISES TO YOU, INCLUDING:

And remember, you won't have to pay anything until we have completed your project.

Once we have finished your project, we will check that you are completely satisfied with the work and the result. Only then will we invoice you. And because we quoted before beginning work, you will know exactly what you will pay. No hidden costs along the way. If anything should need adjusting, we aim to do that within 14 days.
